By using DueLog, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.

App Purpose

DueLog helps you track personal deadlines such as return windows, warranties, free trials, subscriptions, renewals, expiry dates, and custom proof notes.

Reminder Limits

DueLog is a tracking and reminder tool. It does not guarantee refunds, cancellations, warranty coverage, replacement eligibility, successful returns, or any specific outcome with a merchant, retailer, subscription service, or warranty provider.

You are responsible for checking official deadlines, policies, receipts, terms, and provider requirements.

Your Data and Backups

You are responsible for the deadline data and notes you enter. Keep your own records of important receipts, warranties, confirmations, and official documents.

Local storage and backup behavior may vary by device, platform, and app version.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If you purchase DueLog Premium, billing, cancellation, renewal, trial, and refund handling are managed through the App Store, Google Play, or the applicable platform.

Premium access is managed through app store purchases and RevenueCat entitlement status.

No Official Affiliation

DueLog is not affiliated with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, retailers, merchants, warranty providers, subscription services, or product manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

DueLog, the app icon, website design, text, branding, and related materials are owned by App Factory Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DueLog is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every deadline, store policy, subscription, or warranty situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Factory Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of DueLog, the website, reminders, notes, or deadline decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as DueLog changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
